Returns and Credits
All Return claims must be verified for approval prior to sending.

Return claims must be UNOPENED products, free of any damage.
We cannot accept any returns that are marked, soiled, or that have damaged labels.
Refrigerated items cannot be returned.
Shipping Fees will not be refunded or credited.
Returns authorized during the first 15 days of the original purchase invoice delivery's shipment arrival may qualify for in-store credit or refund of the original purchase price.
Return claims older than initial 15 day grace period will be charged an automatic 20% restocking fee.
Return claims older than 30 Days of purchase date will not be accepted.
Credits are issued upon receiving the return product back into inventory.
Credits Issued are valid toward future purchases.
Credits are automatically deducted at time of sale.
